RadonFinder.ca is an independent online directory that lists radon testing and mitigation contractors across Canada. We do not perform radon services, employ contractors, or act as an agent or intermediary in any transaction between you and a contractor.

Contractor listings are sourced from publicly available certification data and voluntary submissions. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure that information is accurate and current, we do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of any listing
• That a listed contractor is currently accepting new clients
• That a contractor's certification is currently in good standing
• The quality, safety, or outcome of any services performed

You are responsible for independently verifying a contractor's credentials, licensing, and suitability before engaging their services.

The appearance of a contractor in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by RadonFinder.ca. Listing tiers (Free, Verified, Preferred) reflect a contractor's subscription level, not an assessment of their work quality.

When you submit a quote request through our site, you authorize us to forward your contact information to the contractor you selected. By submitting a request, you understand that:

• The contractor is an independent third party with no affiliation to RadonFinder.ca
• We are not a party to any agreement between you and the contractor
• We are not responsible for the contractor's response time, pricing, conduct, or service quality
• Any dispute arising from work performed is solely between you and the contractor

If you are a contractor listed on RadonFinder.ca, you agree that:

• The information you provide (business name, certification number, services, location) is accurate and current
• You will promptly notify us of any changes to your certification status
• You will respond to quote requests in a professional and timely manner
• We may remove or suspend your listing at any time if we determine it is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these terms

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Reviews submitted by homeowners are subject to approval before appearing publicly. By submitting a review, you confirm it reflects your genuine experience and does not contain false, defamatory, or misleading information. We reserve the right to remove any review at our discretion.

Our DIY Testing page contains affiliate links to Amazon.ca through the Amazon Associates Program. We earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. These relationships do not influence our recommendations or editorial content.

You may not use RadonFinder.ca to:

• Scrape, harvest, or systematically download directory data
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading quote requests or reviews
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the operation of the site or its infrastructure
• Use the site for spam or unsolicited commercial communications

The RadonFinder.ca name, logo, and original website content are owned by us. Contractor business names, certification numbers, and publicly sourced data remain the property of their respective owners.

You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

RadonFinder.ca is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RadonFinder.ca and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the site
• Your reliance on any information in our directory
• The conduct, work quality, or actions of any contractor found through our site
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the site shall not exceed CAD $100.

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
